Can the MAX3013 be used for Quad SPI?

The MAX3013 is suitable for translating quad SPI. Each I/O is bidirectional and the voltage levels are set by the voltages at VL and Vcc.

The timing diagrams on page 6 explain the propagation delays translating from Vl to Vcc and Vcc to Vl are dependent on the capacitive load.
