The MAX6627MKA+ , MAX6627MKA+T can act as a direct replacement for the MAX6627MKA#TG16. The only difference between the two parts is that the MAX6627MKA#TG16 contains some lead in the internal bumps.
Since we can now offer the MAX6627MKA lead free/ RoHS compliant, the # version above is being obsoleted. We now have the MAX6627MKA+ lead free/RoHS process in place and these parts can be ordered.
