AD5263, connection of Digital Pot SHDN Pin 15

Question The datasheet says to tie AD5263 Shutdown pin to +5V supply if not used (and 
 don’t tie to Vdd if Vdd>5V). If the shutdown pin will not be used but there 
 is no +5V available: Vlogic =2.7V and Vdd=15V. Can you tie Shutdown pin to 
 2.7V? Answer The AD5263 shutdown pin can be tied to Vlogic =2.7V. (The datasheet says to tie 
 AD5263 Shutdown pin to +5V supply if not used but I got confirmation from the 
 product line that 2.7V is OK.)
