What is the maximum conversion rate of MAX31856?

MAX31856 needs to perform one conversion for the cold junction temperature and another conversion for thermocouple temperature to get a temperature reading. The fastest conversion occurs in the auto conversion mode, which requires 90ms for a temperature reading (Thermocouple + Cold Junction). This translates to to a maximum sample rate of 11.11 temperature conversions per second.
