Is the DS3502 accuracy ratiometrically accurate?

Yes, the DS3502 accuracy of +/-20% is ratiometrically accurate because the specification is for total resistance rather than the spacing of the internal taps. There should not be sections of the resistive ladder that are drastically different from other sections.
