When I am assigning the MAX9315 IBIS model to the driver in Hyperlynx, I get an error about a "Missing Pin Section" - how can I resolve this?

The MAX9315 IBIS model is version 2.0 and requires HyperLynx 4.0 or higher.  HyperLynx does not recognize the RAMP keyword from this particular IBIS model (we recommend using Cadence Spectre).
