The MAX31855EVKIT uses Omega connectors, can I use an alternative connector?

We used the Omega connector because we used Omega thermocouples in the kit. Any connector can be used if it meets your operational needs. Maintain best conductivity by using large diameter wire. See "Thermal Considerations" on page 11 of the datasheet.
