ADC selection

The sensor output signal range I applied is -2V~+2V. Is there an ADC analog-to-digital converter that satisfies this range of signals, especially for negative voltage -2V, and requires PGA, Δ∑ ADC, 24bit, ≤30Ksps and other requirements, I hope that experts can provide solutions, if there is a data sheet and practical application methods?
