I checked out several of our Digi-Potentiometer, the bandwidth are all smaller than 1MHz. Would you please tell me whether we have Digital Potentiometer Products where bandwidth can be 10 MHz?
Of course, the BW in the digipot are limited by the resistance and the capacitance of the switches. The switch capacitance should be more or less constant, hundreds picofarads, so the limitation on the BW is coming from the resistance. Maximum BW, lower resistance, as example you can check the AD5258 (1kHz) version which achieve 18MHz. But remember that the BW is for a given code, means that the BW is code dependent!!
