AD5700-1 connect REF_EN  to IOVDD

When RESETB is pulled low, the AD5700-1 will enter power-down mode and the REF pin will be at 1.7V if REF_EN is not tied to RESETB. The power-down mode current consumption when the internal reference is not disabled will be greater compared to the specified current in the data sheet.

Hi Rainier,

When RESETB is pulled high from low, I still read the REF pin output +1.7V instead of 1.5V. Can you please tel what could be the reason?

BTW, The REF_EN pin is connected to VCC.

The wrong capacitor at the Reg_Cap pin was causing this problem. After replacing the capacitor with 1 uF, the REF pin outputs 1.5V.
