The effect of temperature on the leakage current is shown in Figure 7 of the datasheet for both VSS=0V and VSS=-0.3V, is there anything I could do to help you in this matter?

For most applications, 10uF with 0.1uF in parallel will suffice. These capacitors should be placed between VDD and AGND as close as possible to the pin.
You can use X7R or X5R SMD capacitors (MLCC) depending on how much capacitance change you allow based on temperature change. You should also consider the drop in capacitance depending on the bias voltage applied across the capacitor with respect to the voltage rating of the capacitor.

Because VDD is the analog supply. You can replace 10uF with a lower capacitance depending on your acceptable noise in VDD.
