Supply Voltage Requirements

Question

At the top of the AD5263 datasheet , it says it supports 10V to 15V single supply. 
 
 In the Electrical Characteristics section of the AD5263 datasheet , however, it says it supports 4.5V to 16.5V. 
 Can I power it from a single 5V supply and use voltages at the POT pins that go close to the rails?

Hello cgervasi , Apologies for the confusion. Yes, you can operate the AD5263 with a 5 V single supply (VDD = 5 V, VSS = 0 V). For proper single‑supply operation, the VDD range at VSS = 0 V should be from 4.5 V to 16.5 V. You can also use voltages close to the rails for the POT pins. As specified in the Electrical Characteristics section, the voltage range for the resistor terminals is from VSS to VDD. Best regards, Paul)
