I received the MAX5535 Eval kit today, downloaded and installed the MAX5535 V1.0.0 EV Kit SW, checked the default jumpers on the board, and connected the USB cable to my WIN10 computer (of which I have administrator privileges). But the serial drivers were never installed. I tried disconnecting, reconnecting USB cable several times. I followed the Troubleshooting USB document which does not help if there are no drivers.
How can I receive the serial drivers for this eval board?
I am out of luck until this can be resolved.
