Highest resolution Multiplying DAC

Question

I'm looking for highest resolution Multiplying DAC which satisfy following requirements. 
 Vref Band width >100kHz 
 Sample rate > 500kHz Preferably 10MHz 
 
 Any suggestion is welcome. 
 
 If you have parametric list of Multiplying DAC which might be worth.
