How do you interpret the Date code on these devices?

Question

I can't find much information about how to interpret the date code information on these devices. The PCN from 2021 says the code will consist of a date code and assembly lot number but does say what part is which? 
 For reference, the Date code on the devices are 2472496 and 1470766. Can anyone help?
