LTC2668IUJ-16#PBF Thermal Resistance JC and JB

Question

The datasheet for LTC2668 does not provide thermal resistance data. Could you please provide the thermal resistance for ThetaJC and ThetaJB for this device?

 As per our simulation documents here are some of the available values (40-LFCSP-6x6x0.75mm package with a 4.9x4.9mm paddle): &theta;jc measured at the package top is 11.64&deg;C/W while measured at the bottom is 0.35&deg;C/W. &theta;jb on the other hand for 2s2p 16 Thermal Vias PCB type is 6.77&deg;C/W.
