Im trying to get the EVAL-Kit to work for several days now.
I can read data on the RX pin when a HART programmer is connected parallel and is talking to the device but I'm unable to get a moduluation on the HART OUT pin.
I've noticed a strange behavoir though.
As soon as I put the device in send mode either by switching to full duplex or tie RTS to GND, there are ripples on the HART OUT pin, and the CLK OUT stops to work continusly as if the device is resetting itself when it "tries to start" the modulation. I tried every combination of jumpers, loads and modes and I'm starting to think that maybe my device could be faulty?
Please have a look at the CLK line in yellow and the HART OUT in purple as I increase the time scale.
All jumpers are in default position except CLK_CFG0, which is on B.
VCC is 3.3V (same picture with 5V), there no load at the HART OUT.
