4-20mA current source and sink

Hi, 
 
 Greetings!! 
 We are using AD5420 IC for 4-20mA current using HART connectivity. As I understand this is current source. In many applications we have to provide current source and current sink selection in our transmitter. 
 I am not sure how this selection is provided. Any other IC is available for such requirement.

Is it possible to have current source and sink option with HART connectivity in Single IC?
