I have checked Keysight and Tektronix, but found there is no such kind of an oscilloscope that can set up such a low and narrow bandwidth (from 0.1Hz to 100Hz)，and then observe the signal in the time domain。would you give some more help？thank you！

There are available references online on how measure low frequency noise that will able you to measure it on a typical oscilloscope.
