AD5933 Frequency

On 16 MHz external clock the AD5933 can output at up to 1MHz. It is possible to overclock the chip with higher MCLK frequency, the max output frequency scales accordingly (tested it up to 36 MHz MCLK, but this would be off-speck operation, if you choose to do it - all risks are yours alone). The 100 KHz limit comes from the built-in low-pass filter on the receiving side of the chip, not from the excitation.
Hopefully somebody from ADI can help you select some other chips for your application.

For which application is it targeted?

If it is for signal generation, we have DDS that work up to 37.5Mhz such as the AD9834.
