I design semiconductor test equipment.
Therefore, a square wave signal from 0V to 5V must be input to the test chip.
As shown below,
So, do we have to put an amplifying circuit on this chip separately?
Because I saw the following article on the Internet:
" Square wave is reasonably clean/usable up to about 1Mhz. SIN wave is nice and clean up to the max frequency of 12.5Mhz, but the amplitude drops significantly above 1Mhz. This could probably be improved with an opamp with higher gain."
