According to the datasheet's Ordering guide, the main difference between units without suffixes or with  "1" or "2" suffixes is the reset behavior. Units without a suffix or with a "1" suffix reset to 0 V, while units with a "2" suffix reset to midscale.

Furthermore, after checking the "Product page's Sample & Buy Section", it appears that the main difference between the "1" and "1-500" suffixes is related to the ordering quantity. Units with a "1" suffix are ordered in reels of 3000, while units with a "1-500" suffix are ordered in reels of 500. Kindly check the datasheet and product page for more details.
