What date code are you using? The PCN_11_0314 covers date code 1217 or later (except 1213). The parameters affected are as stated in the PCN document ADI_PCN_11_0314_Rev_A_Form.pdf (analog.com)

Thanks Ian DC 1137 and & 1237 the die size / copy right  2003 and 2011 & die id  with different based on the chip. if this parts are qualified should be okay if passed basic electrical testing

any recommend testing needed. Thanks   

Basic electrical test should be fine. If your application is critical with the affected parameters from the PCN then you should check those too. Any spec we provided on the DS is guaranteed on production test unless otherwise noted.
