AD8403 A DGND and AGND are internally connected?

Hello, 
 the question is simple, Analog and Digital ground of the chip AD8403 are internally connected? 
 Need a connection outside the IC? Is it best to connect close to the IC?

Hi,

You need to connect AGND and DGND outside the IC according to the datasheet. The star connection is often done near the power supplies. This is to avoid digital noise along the analog path and vice versa.
