LTC2757 glitch.

Could you get an OSC capture of the output glitch when changing the DATA on the I/O pins? I've got a hunch this is related to the Digital-to-Analog glitch impulse.

You can send the schematic or layout files (if available) to my work email ianvincent.andal@analog.com but let's continue the discussion here. I don't have an eval board with me to test but this seems like D-to-A glitch. Unfortunately, the glitch impulse spec on the ds covers a different procedure.
