There are quite a number of DACs with similar specs to the AD5601. Let me know more specific requirements to narrow down the search. For now the closest with respect to op. voltage, resolution and package size is the AD5310R. You could also check the parametric search table below and adjust the filters with your needs.

Thanks to your information.

My interested specs are resolution 8bit, setting time <6us, SPI interface.

LTC2632-8 is very similar to AD5601 except for package.
