Can AD7398 SPI be at 3.3V whereas Vcc is at 5V?
If not, at least he can read 3.3V Digital input signal with low enough VIH thresholds?

However, I had a quick look. If VDD is 5V then the Vmin for VIH is 4V. Please refer to datasheet specification.
