Dear Team,
After FAR analysis of AD694 - its found that the units has failed due to Electrically Induced Physical Damage (EIPD) as evidenced by damaged passivation layer and burnt/reflowed metallization directly connected on the pins of the units with abnormal I/V curve trace.
But In filed there are lot of surges and spikes come in running condition which are not avoidable. So, please let us know that what precautionary actions we can take to overcome this failure at design level.
We are using almost same circuit that is present in datasheet of AD694, page 7, Figure 4.
