Hi, Sorry for the late response. Have you tried running it on a windows 7 machine? I think there's an issue with some software not running on windows 7 PCs.

I've also tried to install this on my side and it works. I downloaded the installer through the evaluation board website. I'm using windows 10 as well.
I would suggest you try it also in a different pc and see if it works.

Well, it doesn't work for me. I've tried all the available MS Visual C++ runtimes and even the .NET 3.5 packages with no luck.
It's the only windows PC I have since I use Linux for everything. Could it be something related to NI drivers?
If you don't mind, can you show me what you have installed on your W10?

Hi Gaston,
The installer worked on both pc that has labview and the one that don't have. I didn't touch any of the default installed MS Visual C++. The installer also worked on a newly installed win10, we weren't able to replicate the problem you are having. Try to install/reinstall MS Visual C++ 2008, 2010 and 2015. Also, try to install 2010 labview drivers. You can also refer to solutions Microsoft provided for this issue. Hope this helps!
