Have you seen the board photos on the eval board page? EVAL-AD5371 Evaluation Board | Analog Devices. 

Thanks for taking an interest in our eval boards, unfortunately, we do not have a 3D model for them at the moment. 

May I know what you need them for?

The photos are useful in a general sense, but I would like to know the connector locations and overall size. I did not find that information in the datasheet.
