Is there any limitation in the load that is connected to LTC2662 output? Because when I increase the load value from 100Ω to 1000Ω, the transfer function of the output is changed.
For Example:
VDD= 32V and bit command= 2184
with 100 Ω we get 9.728 mA.
with 1000 Ω we only get 7.578 mA.
I don't really understand what caused this.

What is your power supply and How much dropout are you allowing? 1kohms and 9.728mA would require an 11ish V supply
