Tolerance problem of ADN2850

Thread Summary

The user is experiencing significant resistance variation (190 kΩ to 210 kΩ) when using the ADN2850 digital potentiometer to simulate temperature sensor values. The final answer suggests checking the 'Calculating Actual End-to-End Terminal Resistance' section in the datasheet and using a current injection method or a resistor divider with an operational amplifier to measure the resistance more accurately.

Hi,

we are using ADN2850 250 kΩ nominal resistance, this IC is used to give resistance values to temperature sensor in order to simulate diffrent temp values.
now resistances are varying so much (i mean in ).

example : if i set 220 kΩ  it is coming near to 200 kΩ  so we are ok with that . but problem is it is varying between  190 kΩ   to 210 kΩ  so because of varying resistance we are not able to calculate temperature properly .

here is the below Skematics

we need some 10 constant resistance values.

Please guide us is there any possible way to get  10 constant resistance values ??
