AD5175 Potentiometer Reset

There is a chance that the RESET pin has been asserted. Please check.

Reset pin tied directly with VCC 5V .. 

Is there a 1uF cap on the EXT_CAP to GND?

Yes I connected the 1uF Electrolytic capacitor between GND and EXT_Cap . But I tried both method without cap and with cap. Still I am facing this issue exactly after 20 Minutes AD5175 Wiper set to Middle position . 

Actually this is first time I am using the programmable potentiometer whether is this a normal one or some other issues. Because I can't find any information on the datasheet . Is there potentiometer freezes after the certain time?

What are connected to A, W, B terminals. What is the voltage level on each terminal and how much current is drawn from it? Please share the circuit diagram.

1uF cap on EXTCAP to GND must always be there.

A digipot cannot reset itself or freezes itself. What info are you looking for in the datasheet. 

You need to monitor all the signals for the entire duration till it resets itself. That will help you know what is forcing it to reset.
