LTC2641 and LT3045 SET

Is it possible to connect the Vout of the LTC2641 immediately to the SET of the LT3045 or do I need to add something to work around the 100uA current source in the LT3045?

you probably want a RC filter bwtween the LTC2641 and the set pin of the LT3045

How would that get rid of the 100uA that the LT3045 pin is sourcing?

It won't, it will reduce the noise from the DAC into the power supply.
