Where do I tie the exposed paddle on DACs such as the AD5541A, AD5542A, AD5512A, AD5668, AD5628, AD5669 and AD5629 that are packaged in LFCSP?

The exposed paddle is usually connected to the substrate of the die which is grounded. On the datasheet ADI put in place a note that tells the customer where to tie the paddle. In the above cases you need to tie the exposed pad to GND.

Remember, Connecting the exposed pad/paddle is IC specific and depends on the supply or supplies. We recommend you refer to the datasheet in all cases when unsure of how to handle the exposed paddle.
