Spice model of AD7541,AD524 to simulate in ORCAD

Hi all,

             I just  want information about the  spice model  of AD7541 12-bit CMOS  DAC, And  AD524 Precision instrumentation  amplifier. I want  these 2  IC's in ORCAD CAPTURE to model my circuit. I  will be greatful  if you  can you just please guide me where can i   download or can you just  send  spice model (*.lib), symbol (*.olb)   files to simulate in ORCAD.

    Hi Satish,

    Unfortunately we do not have any Spice model. I would suggest to have a look at the equivalent circuit of a CMOS DAC (see below) as a help:

    where:

         Co is the output capacitance of the DAC switches (code dependent).

         Rs is the output resistance seen between OUT1 and OUT2 with Vref at ground (code dependent).

         R is the input resistance.

         RFB is the feedback resistor.
