Question for your AD5258 digi-POT

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    
 
    I am just using your AD5258 digi-POT.
    So I found one trouble as following.
    Do you know why this trouble have happen?
    
 
    When the power supply to AD5258, the another device pull the SDA and SCL of AD5258 to LOW level. So AD5258 fix the output RAB to squeeze minumun to B-side. Why? When AD5258 wake up, SDA and SCL should fix to high level ,correct?
    Some AD5258s happen this trouble, but some AD5258s doesnt happen this trouble.
    
 
    I dont know the reason why.
    Please let me know the reason.

        Hi Miguel,
        
 
        Those 3 models(datacode) bring the same trouble.
        
 
        We caught the one reason for these trouble.
        
 
        We found the trouble closing after change the sensor that was connected I2C to another one.
        
 
        The sensor seems to pull LOW voltage of I2C line. In other words, maybe sensor trouble. MAYBE.
        
 
        Anyway we should study what is the reason.
        
 
        If your datacode doesnt have a problem, this insident can close I think.
        
 
        We will proceed our study to forward.
