Question for your AD5258 digi-POT

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am just using your AD5258 digi-POT.
So I found one trouble as following.
Do you know why this trouble have happen?

When the power supply to AD5258, the another device pull the SDA and SCL of AD5258 to LOW level. So AD5258 fix the output RAB to squeeze minumun to B-side. Why? When AD5258 wake up, SDA and SCL should fix to high level ,correct?
Some AD5258s happen this trouble, but some AD5258s doesnt happen this trouble.

I dont know the reason why.
Please let me know the reason.

    Question:
    Again I would like to confirm your AD5258.
    If I2C is L level when AD5258 is powered, your AD5258 doesnt squeeze minumun to B-side, is this correct, or not?

    If Yes, my trouble may happen only this device, I think.

    The troubled AD5258 is only powered after I2C is open.
    Maybe this AD5258 is broken.

    There is the atmospheric pressure sensor IC on our product. This IC have a rating that I2C become L level for 800usec when it is powered.

    Your comment, "I2C lines should be high when the part is powered".
    Is this the specification for I2C function? or AD5258 function?
    If it is only for AD8258 where can I catch the rating.

    Enclosed are the scope pictures, troubled and no troubled when it is powered.
    Please confirm these.
