AD534KH or AD534KH/+ ?

Question

Hi, 
 
 does anybody know what the /+ (or + ) means at the end of the PN of the old AD534xx ? 
 The datasheet mentions 2 " /+ " versions (JH /+ , KH /+ ) but does not give any explanation of its meaning ? 
 
 any idea?
