 AD5398 
 AD5398A 
 I understood the difference of between AD5398 and AD5398A by your another discussion

 But above 4 models are very similar. 
 AD5821A seem be for 3.3V power supply recommended. 
 And AD5398A seem be for 5V power supply recommended. 
 Package size is also differece. 
 
 [Question] 
 We need thickness within 150um. 
 What is the thickness of wafer package below 6 models? 
 
 AD5821-WAFER 
 AD5821D-WAFER 
 AD5821A-WAFER 
 AD5821AD-WAFER 
 AD5398ZCSURF 
 AD5398A-WAFER 
 
 And what is the recommend model in above 6 types?
