Hi ADI team. My customer considering to use AD5142. In DATAsheet, the order of powering VA,VB,VC, and digital input, it is described as not important if after VSS,VDD and VLOGIC. Is it should wait how much time after VSS,VDD and VLOGIC? Please tell me the wait time for up to supply VA,VB,VC, and digital input specifically.

There is no minimum time required to wait after powering up the supplies. A good practice is to make sure that the supplies are able to reach their steady state values before supplying voltages at the resistor terminals. The main reason for the sequence is that we don't want the protection diodes to turn on when not intended.
