AD5263 reset and shutdown pins

Question

Hello 
 I'm using an AD5263 digital potentiometer in a current design and I am operating it in the SPI serial interface mode. 
 I am not interested in using the reset or shutdown features. What are the proper levels for the SHDN\ and the RES\ pins since I am not using these features? Can I tie them high to my logic level of 3.3V?
