AD5412 no Vout

AD5412AREZ can not work. My schematic as follow:

  • N.M. is Not Mount
  • Use internal DVCC

Do you recommend about the schematic? 

I used 625kHz SPI to sent data to AD5412 is follow:

  1. write 0x560001 to input shift register
  2. write 0x551001 to input shift register
  3. write 0x010700 to input shift register

But, Vout is always 0V. What's wrong?

 

I measure :

AVcc=13.2V

DVcc=4.66V

REFIN=REFOUT=5.14V

Clear=0V

/Fault=0V

    Hi Aaron,

    The bit sequence seems to be correct. What we want to verify next is if the timing specifications are met. Can you take a scope shot of the SCLK & MOSI on a single shot, having the trigger of the scope to the SCLK signal?

    You can also verify if you are able to write correctly on the part by performing a readback. (See figure 3 on the data sheet).
