EVAL-AD5372 as standalone DAC

Question

I am attempting to use the eval-AD5372 as a standalone DAC. Whats a good way to interface it with a linux PC. 
 I am am hoping to just set the voltage for each channel using say a c program, ideally with the USB interface. If that is not possible, would appreciate a pointer to the easiest reasonable solution.
