AD4667R out of spec

Hi, 

for me it's the first time using analog devices products. I've asked and received a sample of the AD4667R DAC

Yesterday i've started to write the code for it. After a while i realize that the output that the dac is giving is 500mV over the setting. For example, with all zeros loaded into the dac i read about 500mV on the output. So i've measured Vref out and i measure about 3V instead of 2.5V that the datasheet says. 
Why is it so out of spec?

    Thank you for using our product. Do you mean AD5667R? If yes, I would like to ask few questions to help you further.

    1) Can you describe the commands you sent to the DAC after it was powered till you made the measurements? 

    2) Did you follow the details on using the internal reference on page 20 of the datasheet? Buffer is required if your reference drives external loads and 100 nF is place between reference pin and ground.

    3) We would appreciate if you share the schematic to give us a better view on how the DAC was set up. Thank you!
