EVAL-AD5821A connectivity error

Find below some suggestions:

- Disconnect the USB cable and uninstall previous versions of the software.

- Install version available on the Analog website, this version is compatible with 64-bit PC's, the version on the CD is older than the version on the Analog website. https://www.analog.com/en/design-center/evaluation-hardware-and-software/evaluation-boards-kits/EVAL-AD5821.html#eb-overview

- Check that jumpers are connected as follows: 

PD1 A, PD2 IN, PD3 B, PD5 B, PD6 IN, PD7 IN, PD8 IN

- Connect the AD5821AEBZ evaluation board to the PC via the supplied USB cable and check Device manager. If the evaluation software has been properly installed, the PC should recognize the board as “AD5821A Evaluation Kit”.

-  Run the AD5821AEBZ software as administrator

Thank you for your reply,
We reinstalled the software from the Analog website, and confirmed that the board jumper is correct, the PC can recognize the AD5821A Evaluation Ki, but after running the software, it will still show this connection error message.
Are there any methods and suggestions that can be provided to us,

I also have the same issue that Gene has with a brand new eval kit and a fresh install from the website. The device shows up, just like for Gene, but the software claims it cannot find the board.

It the connection issue solved? 

I have same issue for USB connection. I checked two EVKITs with two different PCs. There were the same connection issue . (Windows 10 Enterprise, 10.0.19042 build.

Have the same issue, is there any solution available? 
Also tried it with two different PCs, different usb cable and reinstalled the software.
Using Win 10 Enterprise.
