I have more related question.

In evaluation board(GUI),  "UPDATE SINGLE"(selected READ) send NOP after write and read.

Why evaluation GUI send NOP?

"STORE" and "UPDATE SINGLE with WRITE" (GUI setting) don't send NOP.

NOP is only required after using Command 1, and is not required for the other commands such as reading directly from EEMEM
