I am trying to set the Internal Reference Register by using labview functions but I was unable to do because of uncertain on frame format.Can you please suggest me a frame in array format to set

I have used many formats and few are as mentioned above image.Please suggest me to set the LDAC and Internal Reference Registers ON by that I can make use of analog output for my application.

When you say you got response from the board, what kind of response is it exactly?
Are you now able to see the correct voltage at the reference output pin?

I have been using NI-8451 USB SPI Module to give commands to AD5628.My doubt is "is it mandatory to connect 100uf capacitor at pin-6 of AD5628 to make internal reference register enable to get output voltages.Please reply asap.
I would also recommend for you to have a look at AD5672R/AD5676R which is a newer 8-channel DAC.
