I cyclically write to Control register with values 0x75A0 or 0x74A0. Right after that I write a new DAC code.
I alway see current impulse on the HCF_TOOL-31 output during "Noise during silence" test conditions (see picture below) right after SPI exchange to DAC finished.
If I switch off internal ADC (writing 0x7520 or 0x7420 to Control register), the first impulse doesn't appear. The second impulse
is always in place. Have anyone faced this?

It is not clear to us when exactly the event is happening. Can you take a scope shot on the following combinations for us to better understand what could be the issue?
Please not that the output of the HCF_TOOL-31 and the RLOAD should be on a single scope shot.

What is the DC current that you are setting? is it always the same value on the scope shot earlier?
the DC current is 3.7 mA and it's always the same on the scope shot earlier.
If I set 20 mA current, the impulses amplitude decreases.
