How to interface LTC2757 with LT1010 buffer?

Question

I would like to use an LT1010 output buffer: 
 
 ...with the LTC2757 DAC: 
 
 The LT1007 as shown in the buffer schematic will be substituted for the LT1468 shown in the DAC schematic. My questions are: 
 1. Where should I connect the DAC's Rfb input? Should it be connected to Vout on the buffer? 
 2. Should the 27pF cap shown in the DAC schematic stay connected between Rfb and Iout1, or should it be connected somewhere else?

I would leave the cap from LT1007 output back to Iout1, and let the LT1010 drive Rfb directly (with no cap on it).)
